Online learning also known as E-Learning and Online Education is a method of delivering educational information via the internet instead of in a physical classroom. You have the opportunity of studying for an internationally recognised qualification without needing to attend classes on campus. It is mostly aimed at those who wish to study for a postgraduate qualification alongside work or other commitments.
Online learning plays a significant role in a lifelong education. In fact, a recent report by the U.S. Department of Education found that “classes with online learning (whether taught completely online or blended) on average produce stronger student learning outcomes than do classes with solely face-to-face instruction.”

Studying online isn't dissimilar from studying on campus. Online students interact with learning content, teachers and class members in a similar way to campus students. They view lectures, take part in discussions, have one-on-one tutorials with their teachers, work in groups, submit assignments and take exams. The difference is that all this takes place online and the students have control over when all these activities happen.
As an online learning student, you will:
• earn an internationally recognised degree
• be able to study anywhere that has an internet connection
• have the flexibility to study when it's most convenient for you
• be taught by academics working at the leading edge of your field
• become part of a rich and varied online community
• have access to University support services
